Perfect- It doesn't get any better!
"After doing a ton of research on treadmills for months, this treadmill had everything I wanted. The number one feature which led me to this treadmill is the hand controls on the rails to increase and decrease speed and incline. You do not see a lot of treadmills with this feature. Horrible Manufacturer Service
"The treadmill arrived freight damaged 3 weeks ago. I still have yet to receive manufacturer service to fix unit. The Sole service department has been unreasonably slow to respond and help. I even had to fight to convince the phone tech to send someone to service the unit (despite have 2 year labor warranty).
