"I only give it one star because "0" was not an option. I would sleep better without a pillow or even on a brick than on this thing. The design is us unattractive, uncomfortable and useless. "While using the product correctly, it does work as advertised, but as you sleep you tend to roll off and use it just like a normal pillow. It doesn't really decrease snoring unless you are able to remain in its recommended position. "
