"This is a fine AM/FM portable radio - especially at this price! I live 25 miles from the nearest radio stations and 65 miles from the major metro ones; this radio does a very good job for me. "This is a decent radio for the money. I needed something simple for the kitchen. It's not the radio you want to use for your favorite music - but it is a nice little radio to stow away in the kitchen for when you want a quick update on the news or weather. It runs on batteries or electric. "
