"I run a basic 1 hour workout with about 40-50 balls in the hopper. It makes a tough 2.5 minute rally with 2.5 minutes to reload the hopper. I hit over 200 balls in an hour. That is the equivalent of a match. To warm up I set the machine slower than actual play for the first hopper of balls. Then I increase the speed to play speed. I count the balls I hit out.
