"I've always been pleased with St. Ives products so didn't hesitate to order this product with the hope that it would work on my "winter dry skin". Maybe I got a bad jar ?? but when I opened it the top was dried out. Once I dug a little further I was able to get some of the product into my hand...but it was still very dry, almost crumbling in my hand.
