"I have been waiting to own my own pilates reformer for quite a long time and just recieved my Stamina Aero Pilates Premier Studio 700 last week! I am very pleased to say that it was incredibly simple to put together (did so myself, within an hour) and very easy to move around my home workout studio as I have limited space, so some equipment pieces are stored on the perimeter of the room until use. I am quite a fitness enthusiast, power yoga teacher, avid runner and have been attending reformer group classes for many years. Having my own reformer in my home will allow me to be more consistent with the work as well to challenge myself to have the 'pilates body' that I want, w/o the challenge of scheduling classes. Easy to assemble, easy to manuever around room, and I believe the work/workout will be as challenging as I make it. Fit perfectly in my budget and space allowance for the time being. Very pleased! When budget and space allow, if needed, I would simply upgrade to a Stamina reformer with springs instead of chords, but perfect for now."

"I began using a reformer at a rehab clinic after an illness. The reduction in pain was so significant that I had to purchace my own reformer.I could not be happier with my decision. While this machine is somewhat different than the reformer at clinic, it has power cords as opposed to springs, the results are the same.I would recommend this machine to anyone who is thinking about getting a reformer for their home."

"I love this machine. Even my husband uses it. I have always been just an old fashioned floor exerciser with no money spent at the gym. "I love having a reformer in my home. It is so much more cost and time effective than going to the studio. I have had knee and foot issues that can make it very painful to exercise, but not with the Pilates Reformer. It doesn't take much to motivate me to work out now...I look forward to it. "Have only had the machine for a few days, and haven't been able to do the actual Pilates workout, as the DVD was faulty - Stamina is sending a new one. Have done the Cardio workout several times, and it's wonderful! Really works the core a lot, and gets my heart-rate up in a hurry. Storage of the machine really isn't an option, since it's permanently mounted on the base platform; which is verrry sturdy."

"I really like my Aero Pilates machine. I'm not worn out ofter doing my routine, but I sure can feel it the next day. I know that I worked the areas I had targeted, and have already started to see results. Very user friendly, great for the upper arms and other areas of concern for women over fifty!"

"Not a smooth glide while on carriage, plus its noisy. Not an easy switch from arm and leg straps. you have to stop your work out, plus my straps are never exactly the same length. Not real impressed with this at all. I knew it wasn't the professional ones I am used to but based on reviews and research I was expecting much better quality. Machine also needs one cord lighter for the lightest resistance. Would not recommend!"

"I purchased the reformer because I have been taking classes at a studio for the past year and was tired of paying so much money for these expensive classes. This machine is a good substitution for my classes and is perfect for beginners. You need to get the power cords if you areathletic and at an intermediate or advanced level"
