Don't use until child is 2 years old!
"I've been using this chair since my daughter started solids (6 months) and I bought the chair rail and chair pad to go with it. Let me say: DON'T BOTHER. The baby rail itself is ok, but you have to make sure that the rail fits *under* your table. Mine butted up against our table, thus making mealtimes a huge PITA. You can skip the pad entirely.
