Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo for Normal to Oily Hair, 22.5 fl oz

"I have been using this since 3 days- so far I like it. As Iam Indian(India) I oil my hair every night and wassh of the next shampoo- I needed shamppo that removes oil -Other shampoos did clean my hair well and my hair looked oily and was not flowy. the first wash I apply directly to wash hair, for the second and third wash- I dilute shampoo with water. I do not use any conditioners as I am afraid of chemicals in it-bad enough I am using shampoos to wash myhair. I do not whether this shampoo has oil in it- but I would expect Suave to make oil free shamppoo. I do not like the fragrance- it makes me naseus otherwise I like this shampoo. I"

"There are very few shampoos geared for oily hair ....without paying high prices. Suave has done it....and done it well. I typically use a competitve product...which is also good...but I pay three times more...and get the same results...for the most part. I must say though....Suave's shampoo has an added benefit of giving "body" to my hair as well. I highly recommend this product for those who have oily hair...and need to wash their hair every day or every other day. This is a wonderful product!"

"This is a great shampoo at an unbelievable price. I have bought shampoo 5x the price that do not work as well. It really removes oily buildup and does not dry out the hair. It rinses out very clean. It's the most effective shampoo I've tried for oily hair. I think they changed the packaging and formula recently, used to be clear now it's light blue, and I think it is even more effective in cleaning. The only thing I don't like about it is the smell, it's got a not so great light synthetic scent, I wish it was either fragrance free, or more natural smelling."

I think Suave changed the formula a couple of years ago. I prefered the original clarifying shampoo, but this one is still very good.



The only con I would mention, is that it leaves my hair sometimes too soft. I don't mind products that dry my hair out a bit, as weird as that might sound. But this is especially great for oily hair."

"I have severe scalp psoriasis and I can't use shampoos and conditioners with a lot of scents to them, so this product is perfect for me. It smells great, but it's not overpowering and doesn't cause my psoriasis to overeact and go haywire. I also have slightly oily hair, so this hair makes my hair clean, but soft and smooth, and managable. It's a wonderful shampoo, I've tried other shampoos in the past and they didn't work as well as this one, plus it's cheap so I can use it forever without spending too much money."

"This clarifying shampoo is BETTER than Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo and does not irritate the way Neutrogena does--and it's way cheaper!!!!!!

It can make your hair dry if you use it daily without using a conditioner but other than that, I like it.

"This shampoo does exactly what it's supposed to, it removes build up. I use it once ever week approximately. Yes, it does dry your hair, but gunk makes your hair heavy and greasy. Deep condition right after and you'll be fine."

"Considering how cheap this is, it's excellent for oily hair. I had trouble finding a shampoo that would both reduce oiliness (without drying) and also be gentle on my super sensitive skin. "Awesome awesome awesome! I swim everyday during the summer, and my hair is extremely curly.
