The SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL BI540SSTB is a large 5.3 cu. ft., 24 inch wide, under-counter built-in refrigerator-freezer with a zero degree freezer. It includes a stainless steel frame for 1/4 inch custom panels, stainless steel wrapped door and a stainless steel handle. It has finished sides and top for recessed or free-standing use. The BI540SSTB also carries Summit's unique "dual evaporator" for separate cooling of the freezer and fresh food sections for better performance.

Other features include an automatic defrost fresh food section and manual defrost freezer, interior light, adjustable shelves, fruit and vegetable crisper, adjustable thermostat and reversible door with large bottle storage capacity.

The Summit BI540SSTB adds European elegance to the traditional workhorse built-in refrigerator-freezer. It is one of the only under-counter models with a four star freezer that keeps ice-cream frozen. It has one of largest and deepest refrigerator and freezer compartments in the industry, yet is styled to add beauty to any kitchen with its choice of exterior finishes.
