"I use my inversion table to help my herniated L5 disc decompress. I've had my table a mere 2.5 weeks and already have seen improvment with my lower back pain. I had been getting Epidural injections to mask the discomfort. I have severe spinal stenosis of the L4/5 with numbness in my right leg and constant pain in my right shin.
