Good looking but failed to work

"The machine "died" on me. I am caffeine dependant and wa looking for a lrge machine.

Everything lights up but the burner is not hot.

Is there a fuse or a kit to replace the damaged part that heats the water and brews it?

I have this for two weeks and it failed! "
