"My first impression is that I have bought a jewel. After picking up the mower at the local store, I added oil and gas. The mower started on the first pull. "Warranty work must be done by "Authorized Service Center" who also sell LawnBoy mowers at exhorbatant prices. "The Honda engine starts on the first pull every time. It has plenty of power and is realatively quiet. The Sens-A-Speed works perfectly, like it can read your mind. The best thing about this mower is one handed bag removal and replacement, and you don't have to restart the engine everytime! "
