"This is a very nice shoe. I'm a slightly larger runner (6'3", 180 lbs) with slight pronation, and these 'stability' shoes offer great support. I have heel spurs, which wear through the heels on many shoes and slip out very easily from shoes, and these are able to keep my heels snug (I lace the right up a little further than the left), and are durable. Made to last 3 months

"Bought these instead of my Mizunos. Comfortable. Wore them almost 3 months before holes started to form on the soles. 7 months later and they are trashed-huge holes on the soles. My 2 year old Mizunos look better and have less wear. I wrote to Brooks to complain. They told me that these shoes are made to be replaced in 3 to 5 months. I walk about 3 miles a day/5 days a week.
