"I have always used Calphalon brand and been satisfied with the results, but the Unison series is by far the best I have ever used. They do everything to perfection. I highly recommend that you follow the "Before Use" instructions, otherwise, things could get a little nasty...but if you do the oil thing before your first cooking experience, it works like a charm. I couldn't have asked for a better set of pans and wouldn't change for anything now that I have them. This could quite possibly be the last set of pots and pans and I ever buy."

"Five years ago, my fiance and I bought our cheap pots and pans and we used them for so long, way past their lifespan, they were such a pain to clean and cook in. "I have used these pots for nearly two years and love them. They not only look beautiful but are great to cook with. For the poster from Seattle who had problems with spots when handwashing...I had the same problem originally. Calphalon recommended handwashing so I had reservations about putting the pots in the dishwasher. But when I couldn't get rid of the spots, I gave the dishwasher a try. Works GREAT! No spots at all. And after two years, they look good as new. (I use Electrasol orange in the dishwasher.)"

I am no "chef", but these nice pots/pans make me want to cook ! The cook and clean GREAT! Use white vinegar to clean spots! I kept going back and forth w/ 13 piece for 100$less or 10 piece w/ contemporary look, it all came down to what I was getting in set and what I needed or would use! I chose the contemporary for the larger stock pot (spaghetti sauce) & not for look, but I do love the look! I also decided to add a few pieces, I knew if I didn't do it now I would put it off. I am happy with my purchase! I have had the older calphalon for 12 years now, time to pass it on to my "college bound neices!""

"I purchased this set on sale, I've been wanting this set for about a year now and finally broke down and bought them. These take a bit to get used to since I have been using non-stick for so long. They do heat evenly and I find the temperature must be turned lower than I have cooked with in the past. After others comments about cleaning these, I purchased some barkeeper's friend and a copper chore boy scrubber to keep my set sparking clean, so far so good. My only complaint is that even when using plastic utensils, if you tap them on the rim of the pot or pan the rim gets dings. This is a difficult habit for me & my husband to break, but we are trying. This set is nice enough that I hang several of the small ones from a rack on my wall."

"This is the best buy I have ever made for pans. I love the fact that this product does NOT have the 'stick free' feature. I have used these for several months now and I can not find any reason not to love them. They are very easy to cook with, clean up is so very easy, and I just pop them into the dish washer and they come out ready to use again. My only regret is that I didn't buy these sooner. They were more costly than I had bought before, but worth every dime. I have purchased several other pieces that go with this group since, and will continue to do so.

Also, I love the professional way Macy's staff provides excellent customer service. From the store employees to the delivery staff, I have no complaints."
