Crafted with a core of sustainability, fabric is composed of recycled polyester fleece made from 90% post-industrial waste and 10% post-consumer waste
Stay dry in light precip with the durable water repellent (DWR) finish that readily sheds moisture
Wear it again and again - it resists wear with 2-ply nylon reinforcements in the shoulders, chest, and arms
Seal in the heat and protect yourself from wind with a double layer, stand-up collar and a bottom drawcord hem
Store your ID or credit card in the left Napoleon chest pocket or 2 zippered handwarmer pockets

what happened to north face quality

"north face products used to be among the best for outdoor activities of the more demanding sort. women's clothing once had the same features as the men's. As a fairly new owner of this jacket in its most recent incarnation, i could not recommend it as a serious hiking/climbing/trekking piece of apparel. it does not measure up to comparably priced garments from marmot or mountain hardware. when did north face ..."
