Hard to clean. Hard to simmer

"The smallest smudge shows up on the black enamel surface. Cleaning is a big job. No solvent I've found will clean the top properly. You must dismantle the whole surface and wash it to get rid of smudges. Very hard to achieve low heat for simmering. Knob controls are cheesy and fall off easily. …" Read Full Review »
