"I have had this item for the past few months, but have had to return it immediately since it simply would not work. The Vornado Customer service was very kind and helpful; the turnaround time was about 2 weeks. The unit now works, but when turned off, does not completely turn off. Excellent heater, Very expensive!
"Very expensive product. Excellent heating capacity for small rooms only less than 15x15 with average or upto 10 feet cielings. The product stopped working after using it for 1 hour. Took it back to Brookstone store for replacement. The replacement item was not working right out of the box at the store itself. Very flimsy.
