"Great product. Performs as advertised and has many flexible options which are useful for the Do-it-Yourself projects. I was able to halve the time in wallpaper removal. "Nice product, did a good job on my floors.
Long cord & hose and no handle to pick it up made it combesome to empty water not used. Hard to sore with no where to put cord and hose.
Would have been alot nicer if cord and hose was removable and had some kind of handle.

"I purchased the steamer to attack the kitchen grease gobs, and found that it worked like a charm when you use the cloth over the accessory technique. Just shooting the steam at it doesn't work. "WORKED REALLY GOOD ! HELPED ME SAVE A LOT OF TIME REMOVING 70'S WALL PAPER THAT HAD WATER DAMAGE AND DRIED OUT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
WILL BE DOING THE OTHER ROOMS IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
THE WATER NEEDED FOR THE TIME USE RECOMMENDED IS NOT VERY ACCURATE.

"Lacked a carrying handle. Tempted to use handle that supports steam wand but that is only connected to body by single screw. You must literally scoop up entire unit to carry it from one place to another. NOT GOOD! "
