Weber is the way to go!
"I have had this grill for over a year now, and have developed a close friendship with it that I wouldn't trade. Working for GrillsDirect.com, I did a lot of research when choosing my grill. The gas ignite is a fantastic feature – I don’t have to wait for charcoal to heat up, but I still get the flavor of a real charcoal grill. There is a trade-off
"We purchased this grill to supplement our standard Weber kettle which was getting a bid old. We very enjoy the quick and easy lighting of charcoal with the gas-assist. And the coal storage bin is a plus. The problem with this unit, however, is air-flow. It simply will not get as hot as the standard kettle.
