"Put some paper in, put the coals in, light and wait. Easy and the coals hit the grill at a nice high temp. Sometimes I needed to add some more paper, so now I just use six sheets from the start instead of the recommended four and it goes great.

"use 2 sheets of newspaper, I load it upside down, light it, turn it right side up and fill with charcoal briquets (quickly).
