"I feel this item has been a great buy. The only issue I have is that I usually use it right before bed and if I don't have shoes on, I slip on my carpet. "There is no way I can figure out how to inflate this thing...It has a hand pump, two white like plugs and no open hole within which to put the pump..this is awful Can't find any instructions. "
