Great Piece of Equipment
"The Weider Total Body Works 5000 works great. It is the perfect alternative to staying in shape when you cant get to the gym. With enough dedication and consistency you don't need to renew your gym membership. There are numerous workouts that can be performed to give you a excellent work out every time. "I bought the Weider Total Works 5000 bench to eliminate the pain of having to go to the gym. And from everything I read(review wise)most people thought it was an excellent bench. "IT'S AN OVERALL GOOD PRODUCT EXCEPT THAT THE LEG EXERCISES ARE MUCH TOO EASY. WITH THE MACHINE FULLY MAXED OUT I CAN EASILY DO 30 REPS. OTHER THAN THAT, ANY OTHER EXERCISE I CHOOSE HAS MUCH MORE VARIATION IN THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY. "
