"This product solved all my storage problems. I am the video camera man for my church and I record each service on a weekly basis and special events also. Beware - reformatting may be necessary

"Formatted in Fat32 which can't have file bigger than 4 GB. Get "Not enough space..." even though 950 GB left when trying to rip a DVD to an iso file (4.1 GB). When I found out why from user guide (not included with product; have to guess that it might be available on WD's website which it is) it's too late for an easy solution.
