This is a GREAT way to prepare veggies!
"I am very focused on healthier eating and weight loss. This is the greatest kitchen appliance I own for making meals interesting and easy. I have used it for so many veggies as well as mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving. For low carb eating, I steam squash, broccoli...and the best ever!.... mashed cauliflower! "This product does not allow easy access to add seasonings and liquid ingredients as it states. The ingredients also do not mix well. It is best used for very simple task like steaming veggies and potatoes for a few people. You can add your spices/seasonings once the end product is removed from it's original container.
