"I first used this dryer at a friends house when I was helping her out. As I took the laundry out of the washer, I counted 12 big towels among all the clothes. When I put it in the dryer and pushed start, the timer read 40 minutes. I laughed out loud and wondered how many times I would have to restart it to get them dry.
