Love at first bite
"I loved this bacon. This is my second time purchasing it and It was better then I remembered. It had a lovely smokey flavor but that didn't overpower the speical taste of the wild boar which was sweet, meaty and complex. I made some for breakfast with poached eggs and rice. Very good. "This bacon has a great flavor to it that's unlike any other bacon I've tried. It's not overly gamey, but it tastes slightly sweet with an almost bourbon flavor to the meat. I fried my eggs in the leftover fat afterwards and it was a great way to spend Sunday morning. "

"Whether lightly cooked, or well-cooked, it's flavor remains. Although, if you let it cook for a long period of time, it will get crunchier. I love me some crunchy bacon! More bacon,please! "
