"This product is exceptional for it's long battery life and it's call clarity. I use this product when traveling or going to and from the office or home. When traveling with the windows down in the car the other person I am talking to is able to hear me clearly without any static. Of course only when you are traveling under 55 mph with the windows down. Great clearity from the speaker is emmitted when someone is talking to you. It has a high clarity speaker that works great the only draw back is that it is not that loud when you are traveling and the wind is blowing really hard. Very good bluetooth and the design makes it compact and quick and easy to install or dismantal when traveling. I have dropped this bluetooth several times and it has some scracthes but still performes to it's best. It is a very durable product. The fact that it comes with a house and car charger is a big bonus. I take it in at night to charge it and on long trips the car charger suits it well. Very well made quality bluetooth and a great find for any traveler."

"Very easy to setup and use. Just hit the large green button on the unit to connect to an incoming call. Hit the same button and use your cell phone's voice commands to make outgoing calls by speaking to the Bluetooth unit. Hit the red button to end the call. I was amazed at how loud and clear the sound was. It was easy to hear callers above road noise- much better than an earbud for car use. (I actually had to turn the volume down initially!) Battery life is excellent. The speaker comes with a clip to attach to the sun visor, and the unit magnetically attaches to the clip. This lets you easily reposition the unit when you open or close the sun visor, as well as remove the unit from the car.



Negatives- The off switch works with a magnetic catch, and in cold weather it can be hard to turn off the unit. Tech Support said that the company is aware of the problem and should have it corrected in new units.

The unit is fairly large- but this isn't really a problem since it normally stays in the car attached to the sun visor."

"I spent a considerable amount of time researching Bluetooth Handsfree kits, and this one kept popping up. When my area passed a law banning the use of handheld cellphones while driving, I ordered the unit off JR.com (it also helped that it was on sale)...



The speakerphone arrived and it's amazing. I had to charge it once back in March (it comes with a low charge) and so far, it's been going strong and we're mid-June. The bundled cables are a real bonus, and allow me to charge the Supertooth in the car, home or through the USB port on my computer. Sweet! Not that I'll need to do it often though (unlike my Nokia...).



Call quality is great, the voices are loud and clear. Some reviews have mentioned they can use the Supertooth with the windows down on the highway. I think that's a bit of a stretch. But for city driving with the windows down, it's just fine.



What I like most about the Supertooth, is that I don't have to concentrate on being heard, which is probably why in practice, handsfree kits aren't any safer than a handset. Because I'm not concentrating on being heard, or straining to hear the other person, I just focus on the road and chat like the person's sitting in the car with me.



Only thing I'm not too crazy about is the shipping choices to Canada (not the product's fault!). I ended up paying just as much in shipping and duty and other fees as the actual product. So keep that in mind if you're in another country."

"I've had this product for about a week now and I love it. The sound from the speakers is very clear and the mic works very well. Paring the device with my phone was very easy and it can connect to up to 5 phones. I would definetly recomend this product to anyone because of the quality and how easy it is to use. "I read the reviews here before buying, sometimes you can learn a lot from these I know, but, I bought this product and was very unhappy with the sound quality, It does not get nearly loud enough when your traveling on a highway at 70. I am not old, hard of heariing,dont have a cheap car,or cheap phone, just bought it last week. The salesman tryed to get me to buy a different one and I am returning this for it. If you are only driving under 40 with the windows up and not trying to let anyone in the back seat hear, this is for you. If you dont want echoes, and hard to understand conversations, dont bother."

"Sound quality is great, connection is easy, nicely tucked out of the way on the visor, easy controls. Although people have remarked that the voice quaility on the other end is quite crisp and clear when I'm idling or driving slow, it does not filter as much background noise as the packaging states. I've got one and bought another as a gift."
