"I have double bone spurs in both feet. I found these at the same store I bought the aetrex orthodic inserts. I must wear daily to prevent faciatis from acting up again....but so far no more pain. Very stable, not too much mesh. "

Good for hiking trails - not for running

"I thought this was a good running shoes and bought it as it looks real good! It is very stiff and uncomfortable for running. My knees have been hurting despite the modular insole. I may use it for hikes as it seems to have good traction though. "
