"I've used this product for only a week and I've noticed a dramatic difference. Immediately after you put this on, your skin feels taut, but not tight; firmer but not stiff. "Definitely overrated. I have supersensitive skin and I was excited about the reviews. First off, the explanation of how to use the products is not there. I had to call the head office to understand what order the moisturizer and the serum and the am/pm creams had to be used. They weren't very friendly. Second, the bottles are awkard.
