"I kept these for three years, just in case I ran out of other stuff and finally threw them out. They don't seem to really do anything except leave a cloyingly sweet residue on your skin...." Read Full Review

"I use this product 1-2x a day. I have horrible adult acne that I thought would never go away. I read all the good reviews for Arcona products and desided to shell out some cash and give them a wirl. I know have almost 100% CLEAR skin!!! I use the Arcona Rasberry acne bar, Triad pads, and the Rasberry resurafacing pads. My post inflamitory acne marks are fading fast and I can actually go out in public without makeup without looking/feeling like a freak. Also, my skin is SO soft and tone now. Not dry and red from putting chemicles on it like all the other acne products have in them.
Mhy one and only gripe is how expencive these pads are, and you only get 45 in a jar, which doesn't last me a month. I wish they were cheaper, the whole Arcona product line is SUPER expencive.... but then again, I look in the mirror and like what I see. No other product (even other very expencive products) has delivered the promised results for me like this line."
Pros:
"I think I may be addicted to the smell of them. They definitely can be cut in halves or even thirds, I keep a mix at the top of mine depending on the use I need them for. Yesterday, I just used a little third before running into the gym after getting my eyebrows waxed and they totally saved me from breaking out or having to suffer through washing my face prior to working out. They're handy little skin refreshers, fantastic as a toner/extra cleanser (you can definitely see that little bit you missed on these) and they do not dry out your skin. And honestly the smell.....I'm in love. I will keep on buying these and chopping them in half for normal use."
Pros:
"I was glad I read some other reviewers' suggestions to cut the pads in half, since they are quite large, and 1/2 a pad works perfectly to tone my face and neck -- and saves a bit of $!
This is by far the best toner I've ever used - it cleanses without drying or irritating skin and, as with most Arcona products, it smells divine. The texture of the pads is perfect to increase exfoliation. An excellent preparation for applying your serum and/or moisturizer underneath. This is a purchase I'll make over and over again. Now I just wish Arcona would make the toner as a liquid by itself so I could use with regular cotton pads and wouldn't be paying for the pads as well... although then I'd lose the exfoliating quality that the pads' texture adds. LOVE, love, love this!"
Pros:
"I used this product with White Ice, the cleanser, the tea tree mask, and the Hydrating Serum. All of these items worked for a minute then I began to notice irritation.
I have sensitive, combination skin that has been prone to breakouts recently. Breakouts must be stress induced?!
I thought Arcona would be a great line to try due to the freshness of the batches, and the natural ingredients. What was the odds that natural ingredients would irritate my "special" skin?
It most definitely wasn't worth the price for me. It just was not that effective for my skin type.
The pads have a smooth side, and a coarse side to it. I liked using the coarse side to exfoliate and the smooth side to put on the toner product. It took off any makeup left behind. It smells kind of good and sickening at the same time. And the smell lingers long after you've applied it.
Now I don't know what to do with the leftover products..."
Pros:
"This keeps my dinner-plate (yuck) sized pores clean and open. I have always had issues with blackheads, but this, in conjunction with philosophy purity made simple keeps my skin clean and clear. It does not irritate, and the pads help control usage of the product. Also, my reddish complexion is much more even toned and my skin is always so soft, even in Michigan winters.
Very gentle but really removes any extra makeup that you may have missed. I hope now that I've found it they don't stop making it!
Also, I prefer the pads over the bottled toner. The pads last longer and I feel that their texture really helps get into pores. SMELLS AWESOME!"
Pros:
"I got this to go with my Arcona cleanser. As with the cleanser, I liked it, but I'm not converted on these two particular Arcona products. The pads do indeed do a great job of moving all dirt and makeup, but I find myself only using it before bed in most cases, rather than as a treatment at any point during the day. I would say it's recommended as far as getting the job done, but my skin feels tight and a little odd after use. On the other hand, I don't usually get makeup remover/toner pads at all because most smell atrocious-- this one at least has a smell that is less medicinal."

Cons:
"I use the Arcona Triad pads daily; they smell like fresh cranberries. Great when I'm too tired to wash my face at night, after workouts, or when I come home from running around town in the heat. They really do cleanse, tone and moisturize my combination skin, and the pad gently exfoliates. Hubby uses them when he travels for work. I am allergic to fragrance, and Arcona products never bother me. A little pricey, but they do work so I keep buying them."
Pros:
"I loved the Arcona Cranberry toner and wanted to try this product based on the positive reviews. It has the same wonderful smell and great cleaning ability. I like to use it after a day of long wear foundation that never seems to get totally removed after cleaning with a face wash. I do note, however, that the pads do have a harsh texture. That said, it is still possible to use the pads, just apply gentle pressure. This is a very convenient product but I find the regular toner to be just as good -- just use soft cottonballs, etc. if face is too sensitive."
Pros:
"I was getting bumps along my hairline after I started running more often on my lunch hours. I asked my aesthetician what she recommended and these pads were the trick. I cut them in half because I mainly use them on the outer edges of my face after working out at lunchtime--don't have time to reapply all eye makeup--and half of a pad is more than enough to clean the periphery of my face. The bumps are gone and the product is lasting a long time."
