AVENUE WYOB Dream Torsette (Sizes XL/2X)

"I absolutely love this Torsette. I wear it every day, under jeans, work wear, or just lounging around the house. The first time I put it on, it was a little uncomfortable, but I became used to it after wearing it for a couple hours. I have lost a lot of weight lately, so this really helps reduce the "bumps", and it gives me better posture. I bought a different torsette, from a different company, and it doesn't compare to this one. I love that it is longer (I'm 5'9") and it goes to my butt, without rolling up. I would highly recommend this product to everyone."

"I am writing this review not simply to compliment this garment but to send out a tip. When I received this item (ordered online) I initially believed it was too small as I could not get it on past my shoulders. I had decided to return it until a salesperson mentioned that it must be stepped into to put it on. That solved my sizing problem. This shaper was purchased to wear to a wedding but I now plan to wear it with more casual clothing - it is far more comfortable than I expected and I love the way it looks. The sale price didn't hurt. :)"

"Bought this to have a smoother look in tighter shirts and it definitely does the job. I agree with other reviews that it helps with my posture. It doesn't roll up and LOVE that you can wear your own bra. I have a larger chest so it's always been difficult to find tops, especially undershirts, that fit me properly, so this was a nice alternative (gives the girls a little boost too). It also is not constricting as other smoothing tanks have been, so with this one, I was actually able to breathe! The only issue I see is that I am a size 14/16 and I ordered the 2X size. I'm not sure that someone of a larger size would be as comfortable in a 2X, it may be a bit more constricting than it was for me. They really should make a variety of sizes to appease all sizes of women."

"Considering a plus size website, a 2x would be equivilent to 3x or 4x in department stores, so, with that in mind, I ordered the 2x, since I wear a 1x in tops from this website. Wrong!! It was way too small. I will reorder a 4x and see if I have luck with that. But this shaper seemed to be really durable material, extra strong support than others I've worn, and the quality seemed up to par. I don't know how comfortable it is since I couldn't get it over my thighs, but others I've worn are comfortable enough, after wearing them for an extended period, you will get used to it. If you've never worn one of these, they are a miricle worker, I never go without one anymore. It enhances the bust, while slimming the waist, eliminates muffin top, smoothes back fat, and holds the lower tummy tight (if you have some flabbiness there!) It's a must have in my wardwrobe!"

"I love this shape wear. It keeps me all together, nothing bouncing around, don't see the x-tra bulges through a sweater or blouse. It also gives my breasts an uplift. I think it even helps my posture; whether it's from the garment itself or the feeling you have when you have it on that makes you want to stand straight w/your shoulders at attention. I've washed in the washing machine on hand wash & hang dry them (no dryer). The garment goes right back into shape. I don't know how many washes it will stay like this, but I hope a long time. Have ordered these during sales & you can't beat the prices. I wish the garment came in white too, you know, for the summer coming up."

"This torsette is very comfortable, and figure flattering. It worked for me for about 8 hours. I had to go straight to work after waring it all day, and then it started popping up from the bottom. So I would not ware it for more then 8 hours, but other then that it is great! The arm bands do show if you are waring a sleeveless dress so just bare that in mind. I am very happy with this purchase overall."

"I have a drawer full of way expensive shapewear and this is the best so far! It can be worn under tops & with dresses. I probably could have fit the XL but purchased the 2x for comfort figuring I could always shrink it in the washer. Step into it, because this falls long and you may be able to get some "bottom" coverage too, I know because I have a "lot" to be covered.;)"
