nice, but not true to size

"I was on the high end of "medium" in the size chart, so I ordered a large. The hips & bib length fit fine, but the leg holes were ridiculously small, and the length was definitely NOT 7.5", because all of my other shorts have a 7" inseam, and these were a good inch above my tanline. "
