"I really like the front design of the Ryka Mary Jane's. I have surgical repair scars on the top of my right foot and the cut out design eliminates the pain on the upper part of my foot. The cut out also allows for foot swelling without any discomfort to the upper in step area. What I do not like is the heel area. The inside shoe area of the heel is too high. "My first impression when I put on the Mary Jane Ryka shoes was that it pressed on my left big toe and I might have to return the pair.
