"If you have dark hairs on arms, face and maybe knuckles this is a sure way to lighten them. You MUST use the pre-conditioner or your skin will become sensitive, thats why I gave it 4 stars. And some people might not like the scent, I don't find it too strong but its not the best. "I bought this b/c the bleach I normally use ran out. Normally, I love Sally Hansen's products so I was hoping for the best. I was very disappointed. You have to mix the powder with the cream.
