Typical smartwool mid weight w/ ok color
"I like the smartwool line, but find their lightweight sometimes too fragile for repeated wear. By contrast, this medium weight is their typical, durable, multifunctional sock not too light and not too heavy. Color preference varies with the purchaser so you are on your own, but the displayed colors were fairly accurate...." Read Full Review »

Good Sock for the price
"[...] Somewhat disappointed in the quality of product. Their design is still the same but the quality of the wool is not the same, either that or their 2nds are made from lower quality wool. My daughter bought me Smart Wool socks 3 yrs ago and they are still in great shape. The socks I just purchased are a bit scratchy and not soft full quality like the ones from my daughter. "I use these for all my hiking needs. I'm not a mountain climber, just a casual hiker that uses easy to difficult climbs. Smartwool has never produced blisters for me. Also, when my snowboard socks were dirty and I had to get on the mountain, they wore well for a day of riding too! "
