These fit better than the rest!

"I wasnt sure which of the womens wool long underwear bottoms would be the best, so I ordered the Icebreaker, the Marmot, and the Smart Wool. The Icebreaker long underwear bottoms are 1) just a tiny bit scratchy 2) much too tight in the elastic waist band, which was both unflattering and uncomfortable and 3) too high up on my torso, with the waist coming far over my belly button. The Marmot have kind of thick s..." Read Full Review »

"These are warm and cozy (I've got the pants and shirt), but I don't get the hype about smartwool. Both their baselayers and socks get super pilled after a few uses, and even though they start out super supple and soft, they get itchy eventually. Everything Smartwool that I own was used for skiing/backpacking a few times and is now used for hanging around town because it just doesn't perform...." Read Full Review »

"Smart Wool's claim to being the best line of apparel on the planet is no exaggeration! I combined this item with the Midweight Zip top and the Midweight Long-Sleeve Crew for long snow machine rides with the club last winter and stayed very cozy, dry and comfortable. Me and my SMART WOOL made it to t …"  Read Full Review »

"They are fairly fashionable. The elastic band is nice and flat, not that old frumpy look. They fit snug. I am a petite woman so generally when I buy regular clothes the pants are very long on me but the x-small fit very well. Not long at all. Perhaps they would be too short on a tall woman. "I like these wool midweights alot. The waistline is a single band and so it doesn't feel too restrictive, and the legs are nice and fitted.
