WOWSY!
"I bought a pair of these 20 years ago. I've hiked in cold, wet conditions all over the U.S. and NEVER had a problem. I only recently added YakTrax to them to help with icy conditions here in Alaska. Absolutely the best winter boots to have. Am just buying my 2nd pair this year because the old standbys have finally lost their tread and sprung a leak!!..." Read Full Review »

Not waterproof
"They are not waterproof. After getting them last fall for ice fishing I started wearing them late into autumn after temperature dropped to 30s F. Right away I noticed that they leak water. So I complained to Sorel. They agreed to accept and inspect them if I shell out for shipping to their warehouse in France. So I did.
