"Once you get the correct setting for your vehicle - don't change it anymore when you take it off. I was able to "fit" three bikes, but only after i had loosened and turned the handlebars of 2 mtn bikes 90 degrees (parallel to the frame). good product - able to handle 3 heavy bikes. "
