"After using this product for 5 days, my friend told me my skin was glowing. I ended up ordering her a microdermabrasion system!"

"I Cautiously purchased this product after reading other reviews. When I first opened my package I was stunned find out how cheap these items appear (I Laughed). The small Facial sponge applicator is nearly falling off after only the 6th use. The crystals in the youthful cream are very difficult to remove! I found that i had to buy an additional product (cetaphil) to easily remove these crystals from my face. (Luckily I was able to save $20 by being a first time customer). "A positive the cream did make my face smooth-However I have used other products such as facial scrubs that Have the same result." This first time customer is really unsatisfied with this purchase. Hopes that others really read this and think this product through before making their purchase. The other Reviews are correct when they say-this is "Very cheaply Made" Item. Don't waste your Money Like I did. Hope this isnt an example of other HSN products."

"This kit is ok. I did find that it helped to rejuvenate my skin and revive it somewhat. It will help you do a better job of cleaning the skin & removing makeup without major expense. You can use it with any other product you wanted. I did not want to make an investment in Clarisonic at this time. The resurfacing cleanser does not wash off completely. This bothers me immensely. I make sure to use the resurfacing cleanser in the shower where I can really rinse of my face very thoroughly."

"I have been using Youthful Essence for years, and I love it. I was excited to get the new resurfacing tool, but I couldn''t even get the cap for the batteries open! The tool is of much cheaper quality than the previous generation, and the sponges are half the width they used to be . I find this a trend with HSN - something is great, then it''s cheapened to cut costs and increase profits. Very very disappointing. Go back to the previous tool and sponges offered."

"After reading the reviews, I was so excited to get this kit. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. The little machine did not have enough power to effectively clean my skin and the bristles on the brush bent out of shape after only one use. The microdermabrasion crystals were wonderful, but the jar has a false bottom making it look like you are getting much more than you actually are. Sent it back."

"I recieved this today and I really thought it would be more than what it was! the brasion cream is very gritty almost like a fine sand papper with alot of cream mixed in, I did like the feeling of my skin after the use of this product. the machine its self only vibrates I thought it would spin around. I''ll probably try it again then see if my daughter wants to give it a try..Not overly thrilled"

"It makes me sad to say this but I was very disappointed with this product. I couldn't get the plastic cap off to put the batteries in and my husband actually had to use the pliers to pry open the lid. If that wasn't disappointing enough, the cleansing creme had a unpleasant odor. The brush attachment was also extremely rough in texture to be using on the face."

"I was disappointed to see a flimsy, cheaply built personal resurfacing tool. I tried to turn it on and it didn''t work with the batteries which were supplied, so I tried again with batteries I tested to make sure they were good I sent it back, but I really want it to work so ordered an exchange. If it doesn''t work well, I will send it back."
