"I have the original ZENO and even though the instructions tell you it will not work on cystic acne, it does. I suffered with cystic acne as a teenager (I'm now 54), but occasionally, I'll still get one. I found that ZENO does work on this type of acne; you have to do several treatments right in a row for it to be effective (I've done 6 treatments back-to-back) and within 2 days, the cyst was gone, no scarring...." "I tried this for a week, and although it did work on breakouts, I thought there was something wrong with it. I used 3 sets of batteries in 5 days! Then I read some reviews that praised the Thermaclear. After returning the mini Zeno, I bought the Thermaclear and couldn't be happier.
